Wind Ensemble: 8 p.m., King Concert Hall. Free. All welcome.The first concert of the Wind Ensemble will be a birthday celebration for New York composer David del Tredici who was 70 earlier this year. Mr. Del Tredici is hoping to attend.  The full program includes "Vranjanka" by Kenneth Hesketh; Songs and Refrains by Daniel Basford (US premiere); "In Wartime" by David del Tredici; "Blasket Dances" by Matthew Taylor (World premiere of the revised version); "Pssacaglia by Timothy Jackson (US premiere); and Yiddish Dances by Adam Gorb.
