Criminal Justice program establishes honor society

On Thursday, April 24, SUNY Fredonia's Criminal Justice program hosted the first induction ceremony of its newly establish honor society in Criminal Justice, the Phi Theta Chapter of SUNY Fredonia.

Alpha Phi Sigma, the national Criminal Justice honor society, was founded in 1942 and has since grown to over 330 chapters with more than 90,000 members across the United States.

The chapter advisor, Dr. Daniela Peterka-Benton, is proud to finally be able to offer well deserving criminal justice students a place to celebrate their academic achievements.
