Tour of University Village being offered

Architect's rendering of the University Village townhouse complex.

The Residence Life Office is holding tours of the “University Village” on Wednesday, April 9 and Thursday, April 10. Tours will run from 1 to 3 p.m., every half hour, from the Residence Life Office in Gregory Hall. To sign up for a time slot, contact the Residence Life at 673-3341.

Participants will be required to sign a "Construction Tour Participant Waiver,” and those planning to participate on the tour are asked not to wear shorts or open-toed shoes.

The University Village townhouse complex is described as the off-campus experience with the safety and convenience of living on-campus. Each private bedroom features a full size bed, dresser, desk and chair. Each townhouse includes a couch and two chairs in the living room, two full bathrooms, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen table or counter top with four kitchen chairs or stools. The townhouses have high-speed internet, WiFi, digital cable, ResNet support, central heating, air conditioning and facilities support.

Students who will have 60 credits or more by Fall 2014 are urged to apply for residence in the townhouse complex.
